Some models will return errors such as "NETWORK ERROR DUE TO HIGH TRAFFIC. PLEASE REGENERATE OR REFRESH THIS PAGE." If people vote that the model that generated something is better, this will make the ELO inaccurate.
those are filtered out for ELO calculation.
