Mixtral only returns unk

Hey I am currently running a survey where users test a chatbot that uses Mixtral. Now out of the sudden, the model only returns unk. I haven't changed anything in the code. What can I do?
I have the same issue :(
I have tried to change "mistralai/Mistral-7B-Instruct-v0.3" model but nothing changed.
same here, maybe they are doing some stuff in the background with the model and when they're done the problem will be fixed (hopefully)
I have the same issue, sometimes it responds correctly, but other times it replies with unk
