UX upload not obvious

when I upload an image, it's not obvious to me that the image has been uploaded and that I can start asking questions about it. Maybe a loader + validation message? cc @VictorSanh @HugoLaurencon @ysharma
Thanks for raising the issue, @clem .
We have updated the UI and messaging on the app :
- '📁 Upload image' changes to '🖼️ Uploaded!' once the image is successfully uploaded to the chatbot
- This message reverts to the original once the user enters text and press Enter/Submit button
- Lastly, there is now a placeholder in the textbox as - 'Upload an image and send a message.'
Exploring a few more visible ways because we got that feedback from a couple of other users too.
