Small suggestion to avoid confusion: I'd suggest renaming the secret "JUPYTER_TOKEN" to "JUPYTERLAB_PASSWORD". It might not really be clear to users what "JUPYTER_TOKEN" this is referring to. JUPYTERLAB_PASSWORD expresses more clearly what it is: the password for accessing jupyter lab

I'd create a PR, but I'm not sure where this secret name is defined (doesn't seem to be part of the repo/Docker file)
