cannot create new assitant, why?

I need to create a virtual tutoring assistant. After choosing model, uploading photo and copy prompt I press the create button and I get a message “Not logged in. Not authorized”
I don't know how to solve it because I am logged in.
I can't seem to reproduce the issue. Are you sure you're logged in here ?
If so what browser/OS are you using ?
