Running on A10G

I've an image of a person (face + body) created with AI. Now I generated a script of something to tell. Is there a tool that allow to apply this script with voice (this is easy) but allowing to move face (not only lip) when speak

2 questions:

• with this App is possibile apply natural gestures and if possible move something of the body??
• how does it works "Reference Video" that I can upload? I don't know when is used... I uploaded Source Image ... and Audio... all seems OK.... don't use Source video.
